TeamWorks is a community-based learning model that will engage HandsOn volunteers in BOTH learning and service opportunities.

TeamWorks volunteers will:

• Volunteer
• Learn about the issues through service, speakers, discussion, and articles
• Reflect on the impact of their service
• Gain a new understanding of different ways local organizations are addressing this issue
• Build a community of empowered and engaged citizens
